Your privacy is as important to us as a perfectly ripe avocado.
At PRASAD, we treat your data with the same respect as our ingredients: with transparency and without artificial preservatives. Here’s what we do with your information.
Who is the Data Controller? That’s us, GUIILLERMO MARTÍN RAMOS BLANC. We’re the ones who keep your data under lock and key.
Why do we need your data?
- If you contact us through the form or email: We only use your name and email address to answer your questions about catering, allergens, or whether we make cakes for your dog’s birthday.
◦ Legal Basis: Your consent by writing to us (because you take the first step).
- If you order through Uber Eats: Important! When you click “Order,” you’re redirected to the Uber Eats platform. They handle the payment and delivery. We only receive the necessary data (what you want to eat and your order number) to prepare your order.

Do we share your data? We don’t sell your data to anyone (that’s very old-school and really not cool). We only share it with those who are essential for this to work:
- Uber Eats: As we mentioned, they are our delivery partner. They have their own privacy rules (check them out on their app), but we pass on your food, not your secrets.
- Our accounting services: For those tedious but necessary invoice matters.
- The Law: If a judge or the Tax Office requests it, we have no choice but to cooperate.
Your Rights (The power is yours) You have the right to know what we know about you, to correct it if we’ve made a mistake, to ask us to delete everything (right to be forgotten), or to say “enough is enough.” Write to us at info@comidasparallevarprasad.com and we’ll handle it quickly. If you think we’re not doing things right, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) oversees what we do.
